1. Shipping in US and Canada by UPS Ground/Standard. To all other countries by Air Mail. 
2. US Shipping included in purchase price. A $30 handling fee will be added to orders shipped to Canada.
3. We understand that timely delivery of your Urn is very important. We ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Overnight or two day delivery avaliable upon request.
4. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number . For return instructions send e-mail to returns@bradleyroycefuneraryurns.com. 
5. Returns will be subject to 20% processing fee.
6. 7% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to US addresses.
